    You will learn how to visualize graphics from your text using a four-step process; how to render those graphics using the tools you have available, such as MS PowerPoint, with appropriate styles and colors; then how to integrate those graphics into MS Word and create an audience-focused and appealing final product. Throughout the program, you will learn the scientific theory behind visual communications and by the end of the workshops you will have a strong understanding of how to create proposal graphics, build graphics libraries, and create page layout templates within tight production timelines.
  • How does the program work?
    The Jump Start Program includes three 1.5-hour webinars (one per week) with preparation, exercises and ‘homework’ between sessions using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. You will also have two individual 30-minute feedback sessions to discuss current bids and review your learning goals.

Colleen Jolly, CPP APMP Fellow, an 17+ year proposal veteran, manages a global professional proposal graphic company – 24 Hour Company. Colleen is very active in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and recently served as CEO of the international board, former Layout Editor for the APMP Journal and former Secretary of her local chapter. She was named the youngest APMP Fellow, the industry's highest honor, in 2010. She is a frequent worldwide speaker and writer on creative and general business topics, and has spoken to groups around the world.
